Ready App Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Ready App Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms in addition to the Ready App Terms of Service.

1. Overview

The Program is designed to reward existing Ready Card holders for successfully referring new users who activate and use a Ready Card. The Program is operated by Argent Labs Limited, doing business as “Ready”.

2. Key Definitions

• Referrer: An existing Ready user who holds an active Ready Card (Lite or Metal tier) and shares their unique referral link or code.
• Friend (Referee): An individual who is not a Ready user at the time of the referral and has not previously registered for the Ready app.
• Qualifying Transaction: A successful payment made by the Friend using their Ready Card that has been "settled" (not merely authorized) and is for an amount greater than $0.01.
• Countdown Period: Seven (7) calendar days from the date of the Friend's initial sign-up to the Ready app.
• Dormant User: A user who previously registered on the Ready app but did not hold an active card at the time of referral. Dormant Users are ineligible to be referred for rewards.
• Reward: The USDC amount credited to eligible Referrers and/or Friends upon completion of the Qualification Actions.

3. Eligibility and Qualification Actions

To earn a Reward, the following sequence of actions must be completed:

1. Referrer Status: The Referrer must hold an active Ready Card (Lite or Metal) both at the time of sharing the link and when the Reward is due.
2. Referral Sign-Up: The Friend must sign up for the Ready app using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.
3. Card Order: The Friend must order their Ready Card within the seven (7) day Countdown Period.
4. Completion: The Friend must complete their first Qualifying Transaction. The Reward is only unlocked once this transaction is fully settled.

4. Reward Structure

Rewards are currently paid out in USDC and vary based on the card tier the Friend selects:

• Referrer Cap: Referrers are capped at  five (5) successful rewards within any rolling seven (7) day window.
• No Reward for Non-Cardholders: Referrers who do not have an active Ready Card are not eligible for rewards, even if their referred Friend completes all required actions.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program and potential account termination:

• Self-Referral: Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself.
• Fraudulent Identities: Using fake or synthetic identities to claim rewards.
• Refund Farming: Completing a Qualifying Transaction and subsequently seeking a refund solely to trigger the reward.
• Geographic Restrictions: Referrals from countries prohibited by Ready’s KYC providers (e.g., North Korea) are not eligible.

6. Modifications and Termination

Ready reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Potential future changes may include:

• Changing the length of the Countdown Period.
• Altering the Qualification Actions or card requirements.
• Switching the Reward type or adjusting reward.
• Applying different reward values based on the user's country.

7. General Terms

• Governing Law: These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England.
• Conflict: In the event of a conflict between these Referral Terms and the Ready App Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Settlement Timing: There is currently no fixed deadline for the Friend to make their first Qualifying Transaction, though Ready reserves the right to implement one in the future.
