What are cashback streaks?
Cashback streaks are a new cashback boost system. It rewards consistent use of the Ready Metal card.
How do you become eligible for the cashback boosts?
To become eligible, spend $5+ daily with your Ready Metal card. Each $5+ day counts toward your weekly streak, and the more active days you have in the previous week, the higher your boost tier for the next cashback boost hour.
What are cashback boost tiers?
7 days = 6% cashback boost
5-6 days = 5%
3-4 days = 4%
0-2 days = 3% (aka, no boost)
When do cashback streaks start?
The first boost hour using the new streaks system will run next week. Metal members who qualify will be notified 1 hour in advance by email, and Ready will also post the timing on X. When the boost hour goes live, eligible users will receive a push notification.
What happens if I miss a day?
Missing a day simply lowers the number of active days for that week, which may place you in a lower tier for the next boost hour.
What about Ready Lite?
Cashback streaks are exclusive to Ready Metal members. Ready Lite members have 0.5% cashback up to $150 per month.
Do Ready Metal members still get 10% cashback in month one?
Yes. Ready Metal members get 10% cashback in the first 30 days after they have activated their card. Once those 30 days have passed, they will be eligible for cashback streaks.
Do multiple purchases that add up to $5+ count?
Yes. All Ready Metal card spend in a single day counts toward the $5 minimum. If your total spend for the day is $5 or more, that day counts as active.
What counts as an active day
An active day is any calendar day where you spend a total of $5 or more on your Ready Metal card.
Does spending exactly $5 count?
Yes. $5 or more qualifies.
When are the streak tiers calculated?
Your streak is always based on your previous 7 full days. So if the boost is on Wednesday, we count your streak from Tuesday → Tuesday (midnight to midnight).
Do cashback streaks affect my regular cashback outside the boost hour?
No. Streaks only change your rate during the cashback boost hour. Outside of that hour, you earn your normal cashback rate of 3%.
I am in my first 30 days of Metal. Do streaks apply yet?
Not yet. You get 10% cashback for your first 30 days after activation. Cashback streaks start after those 30 days end.
How will I know if I qualified for the boost hour?
If you qualify, you will get an email 1 hour before the boost hour starts and a push notification when it goes live. We will also post on X.
What if I did not get the email or push?
First check spam or promotions for the email, and confirm push notifications are enabled. If you still do not see anything, contact help@ready.co and the team will assist you.
Do refunds affect my streak?
If a refund or reversal brings your total spend for a day below $5, that day may no longer count toward your streak.
Can I qualify if I only spend on some days?
Yes. You must spend $5+ on 3 or more days per week to qualify for a higher cashback boost tier. The more days you spend $5+, the higher your tier. A 6% cashback boost is the highest tier.
What about Ready Lite?
Cashback streaks are exclusive to Ready Metal members. Ready Lite members have a flat 0.5% cashback.
Do I still get 10% cashback in the first month of Ready Metal?
Yes. Ready Metal members get 10% cashback in the first 30 days after they have activated their card. Once those 30 days have passed, they will be eligible for cashback streaks.
