Bitcoin isn’t just for holding anymore. On Ready and Ready X, you can borrow, lend, and earn staking rewards with your Bitcoin.
Before staking, make sure you have Bitcoin in Ready and Ready X. You can either:
- Bridge your Bitcoin into Ready and Ready X (WBTC, LBTC, tBTC, or SolvBTC), or
- Swap directly inside Ready and Ready X from any supported token on Starknet into Bitcoin.
Once your Bitcoin is in Ready and Ready X, the staking flow is the same in both Ready and Ready X, just follow this step-by-step guide to stake it.
How to Stake Bitcoin on Ready and Ready X
Step 1. Open Ready or Ready X
Launch the app and log in.
Step 2. Click the Leaf "Invest" icon
You'll find it as a navigation icon at the bottom.
Step 3. Select "Earn on Bitcoin"
This takes you to the Bitcoin staking screen with two options: BTC Core and BTC Core Collateral.
Step 4. Select a market
Choose a market, such as BTC Core, then tap Invest. Choose how much Bitcoin you want to stake.
Step 5. Review and confirm
Press Review investment to check the details and Confirm after reviewing to confirm staking.
Congrats! Your Bitcoin is staked and earning sustainable staking rewards.
You can view your Bitcoin staking position in the Invest section on Ready and Ready X. Return to the home screen and click Invest to find your position.
How to Unstake Bitcoin on Ready and Ready X
Step 1. Open Ready or Ready X
Launch the app and log in.
Step 2. Tap “Invest”
On the home screen, click Invest to find your Bitcoin staking position.
Step 3. Select Bitcoin Staking position
Depending on the chosen asset, it could be shown under Lending or Liquid staking.
Step 4. Tap “Withdraw”
Enter the amount to withdraw. Then start the withdrawing process.
Step 5. Tap “Review withdrawal”
Review and confirm the withdrawal amount.
Step 6. Confirm the transaction
Your Bitcoin will begin withdrawal. Once complete, you can see your Bitcoin under Crypto.
