How to Stake Bitcoin with Ready Wallet

Bitcoin isn’t just for holding anymore. On Ready, you can borrow, lend, and earn staking rewards with your Bitcoin.

Before staking, make sure you have Bitcoin in Ready. You can either:

Bridge your Bitcoin into Ready (WBTC, LBTC, tBTC, or SolvBTC), or
Swap directly inside Ready from any supported token on Starknet into a Bitcoin wrapper.

Once your Bitcoin is in Ready, the staking flow is the same in both Ready and Ready Wallet, just follow this step-by-step guide to stake it.

Step 1. Open Ready Wallet
Launch the app and log in.

Step 2. Tap “Stake your Bitcoin”
You’ll find it on the home screen. Alternatively, click the Leaf icon.

Step 3. Select the Bitcoin staking banner
This takes you to the Bitcoin staking screen.

Step 4. Enter the amount to stake
Choose how much Bitcoin you want to stake. Then click Stake. You can stake WBTC, LBTC, tBTC, and SolvBTC.

Step 5. Review and confirm
Check the details and confirm the transaction.

Congrats! Your Bitcoin is staked and earning sustainable staking rewards.

You can view your Bitcoin staking position in the DeFi section on Ready Wallet. Return to the homescreen and click DeFi to find your position.

It takes 7 days to fully withdraw your Bitcoin. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1. Open Ready Wallet
Launch the app and log in.

Step 2. Tap “DeFi”
On the homescreen, click DeFi to find your Bitcoin staking position.

Step 3. Select “Native Staking (Bitcoin)”
This shows your staked balance.

Step 4. Tap “Withdraw”
Start the withdrawing process.

Step 5. Tap “Withdraw” again
Confirm the withdrawal amount.

Step 6. Confirm the transaction
Your Bitcoin will begin a 7-day withdrawal period. Once complete, you can withdraw your Bitcoin.

Bitcoin staking rewards accumulate daily, and you can claim them weekly.
